Tasracing reserves the right in its sole discretion to temporarily cease or permanently cancel the Initiative or your participation in the Initiative, or to amend the eligibility criteria at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasracing shall not be liable for any loss sustained by you arising out of or as a direct or indirect consequence of your participation in this Initiative, except only to the extent that such loss was directly caused by Tasracing’s gross negligence or wrongful act or omission.
